If there is anything hanging on the costume, or even long sleeves, kids have a nervous habit of pulling on it, eating it, or ripping it while they are nervous on stage.  Please keep this in mind when putting together thier costumes.

This also runs over into wands, crowns, capes, ect.  When kids wear them for the show, they tend to only last for a few minutes before being played with; or they ask for it to be taken off.  If you would are interested in having them wear a crown or an accessory/costume piece that dangles, ect.  Please have them wear it to class so that it becomes something familiar & forgotten about.  Thank you.
